حذف الحساب والبيانات — G-Tack

تشرح هذه الصفحة كيف يطلب مستخدمو تطبيق G-Tack حذف حساباتهم والبيانات المرتبطة بها.

كيفية طلب حذف الحساب

الطريقة الأولى — من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع):

افتح تطبيق G-Tack وسجّل الدخول.
اذهب إلى الملف الشخصي / الحساب.
اضغط على «حذف الحساب».
أكّد الطلب — يُحذف الحساب وبياناته وفق المدد أدناه.

متاح لجميع أنواع الحسابات (الركّاب والسائقين والمنشآت).

الطريقة الثانية — بالبريد الإلكتروني: أرسِل رسالة من بريدك المسجّل إلى support@g-tack.app بعنوان «طلب حذف الحساب»، وسنعالج الطلب خلال 30 يوماً.

البيانات التي تُحذف

الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، الصورة الشخصية.
العناوين والمواقع المحفوظة.
الرسائل داخل التطبيق، الصور، والملاحظات الصوتية.
رمز الإشعارات (FCM) وتفضيلات الحساب.

البيانات التي قد تُحتفظ بها مؤقتاً

سجلات الرحلات/الطلبات والمعاملات المالية والفواتير تُحتفظ بها للالتزام القانوني والمحاسبي والكشف عن الاحتيال، ثم تُحذف أو تُجهَّل (إزالة الهوية).
مدة الاحتفاظ: تُحذف بيانات الحساب التشغيلية خلال 30 يوماً من الطلب، بينما تُحتفظ السجلات المالية للمدة التي يفرضها القانون ثم تُحذف.

Account & Data Deletion — G-Tack

This page explains how users of the G-Tack app can request deletion of their account and associated data.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — In the app (fastest):

Open the G-Tack app and sign in.
Go to Profile / Account.
Tap “Delete Account”.
Confirm — your account and data are deleted per the periods below.

Available for all account types (riders, drivers, and stores).

Option 2 — By email: send a message from your registered email to support@g-tack.app with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. We process it within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

Name, email, phone number, profile photo.
Saved addresses and locations.
In-app messages, photos, and voice notes.
Push (FCM) token and account preferences.

Data temporarily retained

Trip/order records and financial/transaction invoices are retained for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
Retention period: operational account data is deleted within 30 days of the request; financial records are kept only as long as required by law, then deleted.
